Our warehouse personnel are extremely skilled and will package your products according to our exact and precise specifications. Before shipment, all items are carefully examined and secured. We deliver to thousands of customers each day from multiple countries. This demonstrates our dedication to become the biggest online retailer on the planet. The warehouses are located in Europe in the same way as they are in USA.
Note that orders containing more than one item will be subject to a processing period that is based to the specific item.
Before shipment, all ordered products will be thoroughly inspected. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Returns
We don't manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock once the order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and be unused. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
